I made an appointment and asked for the lady Dr. They told me yes and my appointment was today at 2pm. I drove 1 and half hours to this place and when I went to check in it was the male Dr. I made sure to tell I wanted the lady Dr. I drove all the way there for nothing. This is ridiculous.
Crystal was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, polite, and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Crystal, Renee, and SVS Vision for a great experience !!!!

Interestingly enough, this business will not call you once your purchase has arrived and is ready to pick up. It's quite odd. My original purchase was at the location for approximately 1 week before I called, thinking it was unusual that I hadn't heard from them yet. They were very nonchalant about it when they told me they had been there that long. This again happened when my frames had to be replaced. I called to ask an ETA and they told me they had already arrived, but didn't say when. Keep in mind payment was made in advance in both cases. I was happy with everything else. If you go here just make sure you call every day to ask if your items are in yet or who knows when they'll let you know.
