Being from NY, this place was nothing short of amazing!! Came to Bismarck for a trial and the matter extended beyond the scheduled date. I called to get more contact lenses. Not only did they give me sample lenses (after speaking with my optometrist), but they offered to drop them at my hotel since I’m in Court all day. This is SO far over and beyond the kind of service I am accustomed to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WONDERFUL practice!!!

Great customer service is rarely seen these days. The staff at Midwest Vision Center is amazing. My son had broken his glasses, we did not have a replacement at the time. The staff literally dropped everything to assist us and even got to replace the frame the same day. They had gone above and beyond and for that I am very grateful and am very happy to know that great customer service is alive and well at Midwest Vision Center.

Charged me $40 for a contact exam which I didn’t want. I told them when I scheduled the appointment and before I went in to see the doctor that I was only interested in looking at glasses.

I've been seeing Dr. R since I was 10 as well as my whole family. Him and his staff have always been nothing amazing, kind, smart, and helpful. They go above and beyond for every single one of their customers no matter the question or needs. Many ladies that work there have become like family over the years, and you can't really beat something like that! I absolutely cannot say enough good things about them!!
