I arrived to a very kind and efficient staff. The Rancho Mirage office is beautiful and clean. I had the privilege of seeing Dr. Marty Arbiso. He was thorough and informative every step of the discussion. He actually helped me choose Contact Lens instead of the more advanced Lasik that I needed. He went out of his way to help me. I would recommend Milauskes Eye Institute in Rancho Mirage. They actually care about your results.

Reception staff friendly. Had to wait 25 mins past apt time. Annual eye exam was quick, almost too quick, and Dr never explained to me the results, he just walked me out to where I had to check out and pay, and left before I realized that was the end of the appointment and could ask any questions or find out if my vision had changed. I also had my eyes dilated and they never offered any visors/shades for me to drive home in the sun, make sure you bring your sun glasses!

I arrived at the appointment on time. I waited for 45 minutes before I was seen for my follow up appointment. I like Dr Carlson, he’s quite personable. But the eye drops he prescribed for 6 weeks had no effect whatsoever. Previously I was scheduled for surgery and at the pre-surgery appointment I was told I didn’t need it. My confidence is rather shaken at this point.

Milauskas and dr ketover are the best! and all of their team from the front desk to the scheduler to the medical assistants- everyone - is kind thoughtful, encouraging and knowledgeable. i was so nervous about my cataract surgery and the confidence and patience made all the difference. highly recommend; don’t hesitate, give them a call!
