My wife and I are delighted with the staff. The ladies Loren and Becky helped us with information and the visit went smooth everything in order and all are questions answered. My wife enjoyed herself because the staff was kind and fun. She is excited for her color contacts and I was also thankful to get some cool glasses. The eye doctor always pleasant to see and chat with. Place always clean and nice light to see yourself on mirrors. I recommend this place we been coming here for several years and always well taken care of.

I went with my whole family to Milburn Eye Center, Frisco for the very 1st time. We had a wonderful experience during eye exam and while selecting our glasses. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all the questions with care. She gave us full attention and was not in hurry. The staff was equally impressive—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful from start to finish. They made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. They patiently helped us selecting the right glasses. My whole family had an excellent experience. My little one who is 7 years old had this memorable 1st time experience. Doctor and her staff made sure to address his curiosity. It built trust, learning, and connection in positive way. I’m really happy with my new glasses and the overall service I received. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent customer service.

What started as a broken screw on my glasses turned into finding my new home for eye care. I stopped in for a quick fix — something small — but walked out seriously reconsidering the loyalty I had to my previous provider of 10 years. That says everything. From the moment I walked in, Regan, Kayleigh, and Becky set the tone with warm smiles and genuinely attentive service. No rushing, no indifference — just people who actually seemed glad you were there. Dr. T. Milburn was exactly what you hope for in a doctor: thorough, patient, and focused on what was best for me — not just what was convenient. The team helped me find complementary frames, customized lenses, and contacts. Every detail was handled with care. If you’re on the fence about switching providers, let a broken screw be your sign. Very bad experience. They charged us $45 as frame handling fee even though we provided the frame + the glass charge. After 7 days we got a message saying glass is ready, but once we get there, it was the wrong glass. They didn't even bother say sorry or even any promotional discount, rather asked us to come back next week. Very disappointed with the service. We are never going back to this place. Update 2/2 We specifically requested near-sighted (reading) glasses, not distance (long-sighted) ones. Although the prescription included both lenses, we already own a pair of distance glasses and explicitly asked for only the near-vision pair. Unfortunately, the wrong lenses were fitted, which has left us a bit frustrated—especially since we paid the additional frame handling charge already.

The Milburn Eye Center is the best! The doctors and office staff are truly compassionate making sure you are treated with gentle care and that all of concerns are addressed. They make you feel comfortable and always go above and beyond. I appreciate everything they do and will continue to be a patient. Thank you so very much, grateful I found you!
