Milford Franklin Eye Center

I recently had my first cataract surgery with Dr. Lu at Franklin Eye Center, and the entire experience was outstanding. Dr. Lu is an excellent surgeon — professional, reassuring, and highly skilled. The procedure went smoothly, and I was out the door in just a couple of hours. The nurses at the Surgical Center deserve a huge shout out. They are unbelievable. They made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish, and their care easily earns a 10+ rating. I also want to recognize the Surgical Coordinator, Stephanie Thomas. She is truly the backbone of the whole process. She handled all of my scheduling, billing, and the many appointments involved with cataract surgery. On a 1–5 scale, she’s a 15. Her organization, communication, and kindness made everything stress free. I highly recommend Franklin Eye Center. Exceptional care from start to finish.

First time there for myself and my daughter for a routine eye exam. We saw Dr. Conn who was very thorough, we both agreed from our prior doctor that we never had such a thorough exam. Was a little lengthy, but would highly recommend also might recommend booking, like we did first thing in the morning. So you don't have to wait as long we did have about a 10 to 15 minute, wait and we were first in the morning.

I have had only very positive experiences here. Stephanie Thomas has been a great help...she is very knowledge and possesses a very kind and patient demeanor. She has been extremely helpful with scheduling for me. Dr. Kaldawy and the entire staff deserve kudos!

Dr Liu is great! I just had my second cataract surgery and can see now without glasses. The office staff are nice but the scheduling and wait times can get out of hand.

As far as I am concerned Dr. Kaldawy is the best! I have been seeing him for years. A long wait sometimes, but well worth it. Very talented and knowledgeable man.
