They were amazing! They performed all the necessary testing and took the time to make sure my prescription was correct. I really appreciated that they never tried to oversell me on anything and instead focused on finding the best solution for my needs. I was able to have my sunglasses updated with my new prescription and transition lenses, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great and fit perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the results.

I previously had my glasses made at another location about two years ago, but this time I decided to try the location with the parking lot. I went in for a new eye exam and to adjust my old glasses, which had been hurting me. I was lucky to meet an amazing optician, Nick. She was incredibly kind and patient while helping me choose a new frame. She even had the doctor personally adjust my old glasses so they would fit comfortably again. I’m truly grateful for Nick and the doctor’s excellent service. Their care and professionalism made the whole experience wonderful. Thank you for going above and beyond! I picked up my glasses. It seems like it’s not working as I expect so I went back. Spoke with this guy he had adjusted for me, but I still don’t like how he adjust it. He seems to want me to just get used to it and send me home real fast. I like to go back but will not get help from him again. Very disappointed.

I had such a great experience at the Vision Center on Ferry St in Newark! Everyone was super nice, including the doctors, and they made the whole process really easy. A special thank you to Margarita — she was so kind and helpful when I was picking out my glasses. I even got my glasses right there and then, which was a huge plus! Definitely recommend this place! 👓✨

want to share my experience because I honestly did not feel comfortable with the customer service I received. The person who assisted me had an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude. From the beginning, I was given one price for the glasses, and later the amount kept changing several times, always increasing the amount I had to pay. In the end, I was charged a different amount than what I had originally been told, and even though I had a receipt showing a specific remaining balance, a much higher amount was debited from my card. I believe this was incorrect and very disorganized. As a customer, I expect clarity, respect, and transparency, especially when it comes to insurance and payments. I truly hope they improve their customer service and the way they handle charges, because this was a very unpleasant experience.
