I would give zero stars if that were on option. In December, I called to schedule appointments for my husband and myself with Dr. Grand. We were informed that the earliest available appointments were in March, but because Dr. Grand came highly recommended, we decided to wait the three months. After a recent snowstorm in early March, my husband was able to see Dr. Grand due to a cancellation. However, just two weeks before my scheduled appointment, I received a voicemail stating that Dr. Grand was no longer accepting new patients, and my appointment was canceled. The day after receiving this news we called the office, and Dawn informed us that there was nothing she could do, except offer me an appointment with a different doctor. I requested to speak with the office manager, Shannon, but was told she was on vacation. We left a message for her to return our call. After waiting several days for a callback upon her return, we called again and was only able to leave another message. After calling several times and still only being able to leave a voicemail, we decided to call a different number and spoke with Donna, but she also could not assist us. Once again, we asked for Shannon to return our call, but to this day, we have not received any follow-up. It is generally understood that when a doctor stops taking new patients, existing patients with appointments would be honored, especially when one spouse is already an established patient. Cancelling an existing appointment, especially after waiting for three months, is unprofessional and inconsiderate. The fact that Shannon, the office manager, never returned our calls is disrespectful and reflects poorly on the office's customer service. As a result of this experience, my husband and I have decided to find a new practice with a more professional and responsive staff. We hope Dr. Grand's office takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their communication and patient care.

4/23/2026- Office staff were very personable & proficient in their working environment & duties. Comprehensive eye exam was very thorough by Dr. Driscoll. If you see a review by me that says I wouldn’t recommend disregard. This was an error by me in haste. Highly recommend your eye care here.
Saw Dr Brottman at the Marlboro location for the first time for my eye which was experiencing issues due to Bells Palsy. His bedside manner was absolutely wonderful. He was calming and reassuring and very skilled. He put my mind at ease and i found my new fave Dr in the group. Also the front desk appeared to be short staffed and swamped that day but the receptionist was great and kind to everyone
They are in network with my insurance but good luck getting a hold of anyone. The phone rings and waited on hold for over 6 mins just to be sent to a voice mail which no one responds to. Poor service to say the least.
I was trying to make an appointment an ophtalmologist and the front desk was absolutely unhelpful insisting that I first need to see an optometrist (also very rude). As a result, I did not make any appointment and they lost a potential client.
