The doctor himself is very knowledgeable and skilled. The problem comes if you care about secure payment. There was an outstanding balance after my visit and there is no online portal to pay, secure or not. They expect you to either come in or call and give them your card information. I went back to pay my outstanding balance today and it was the last time I'll ever go to Miller eye care.
My review isn't about the doctor, staff, or the place itself. I liked going to Miller Eye Care. It was a great experience. My problem is with their payment processing. There isn't a secure way to pay what you owe. They send letters that you need to pay and request you send in a check or write down your credit card number. I'm sorry. It's 2026. We have the technology to make it easy and secure for your patiences to pay online. But Miller Eye Care is willing to burn bridges with happy patients and threaten those patients with collections when they dont want to send unsecured payments through the mail. This could have been easy. But it had to be difficult and I'm disappointed.
Best eye doctor you could ask for! Dr. Cheung was so thorough as he showed me my retinal scan. He was patient with answering all my questions. Highly recommend.

I have been going to this clinic for over 30 years. The doctors here really care about their patients!! I have been living in Arizona for the last 5 years and I fly up for my eye exams!! My employer is near there (I work remote), I have my co-workers even going here and they love this office! I refuse to go anywhere else. The office staff, Jill and Dr. Chung are all very friendly, professional, and caring. They say if you find a good doctor you will go out of your way to keep them! That is exactly what I will do and continue to do! I absolutely love this office and its staff!!! I couldn't be happy going anywhere else! If you're looking for a great optometrist (eye doctor), I recommend coming here, you won't regret it!!!!
