The staff are polite and friendly. Dr. Patel was so patient, accommodating.and approachable. She gave me great advice on an over the counter eye drop to mitigate dryness and answered all my concerns with my eyes. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Patel.
I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters thanks to Ariana! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. She took the time to answer all of my questions, gave honest recommendations without making me feel pressured, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Her knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and she went above and beyond to make sure my glasses fit comfortably and looked great. Excellent customer service like hers is hard to find. Had a very pleasant and good experience with everyone. I had to get an eye exam, and the doctor who saw me was friendly, professional, and efficient (and I apologize I don't remember her name). I also went in with the intention of getting new frames and was helped by Alaina who was upbeat, patient, and accommodating. She did a great job helping to lay out pricing and looking at choices. I've been wearing glasses since 4th grade (I'm 41 now) and this was my best experience getting an exam and getting new frames.
I had a wonderful experience at Mindful Eye Care. The front desk was amazing and the physician was knowledgeable and kind. My experience continued with LensCrafters and Anais and Arianna were awesome with the customer service. They were kind, complementary and knowledgeable. I will continue coming here yearly for my exams and eye care needs.
This was my first experience with Dr. Patel. I found her to be thorough, knowledgeable, highly competent, patient and empathetic. I recommend bringing not only your eyewear to your appointment, but also your current prescription when you go. Very impressed overall.
