Cris was phenomenal from start to finish helping my elderly Aunt feel comfortable and find 2 bifocals glasses! He did accurate measurements and was very funny and kind. I'm impressed with the service here! I do recommend it to everyone.

Many optical stores have great products, but the one thing for me that sets Stanton Optical in Tucson on Broadway apart is the genuine kindness and desire to do anything that is needed for each customer of the staff. Not only did I receive a fabulous new pair of glasses, but I had a great time choosing them, and the best professional support I could ask for. It is also a joy to go back when adjustments are needed as I'm treated as a valued customer. Bravo!

Horrible experience when I went to pickup up my 1 pair of eyeglasses for 300. I was told I needed to upgrade my lense to a thinner pair. They had a very small section of wider frames. So I purchased a wider frame and they insisted that my lense would be thinner with a upgraded lense. So I did, paid 300 for the one pair. When I received my glasses yesterday I'm very unhappy. The lense sticks out so much. All I got was I will contact the manager and he'll call you. This is ridiculous. They adviced me to go with a different frame and lense so this wouldn't happen and it did. Should have just went to America's best. If I had know this was a issue I would have just went with a thicker frame.

I have visited this location over 5 months ago after originally getting my eye exam and frames/lenses at the Oracle Road location, I went into this location on Broadway to talk about the arm on my frame that broke and see if there was a replacement arm that could be ordered or what could be done. Marcos helped me at the time and sold me 2 frames.... what a salesman he is as I did not plan to buy any other frame. I came back because I had concerns on my frame Marcos sold me and I worked with Edgar the General Manager as I believe he was the only one working as it was closer to closing time and we agreed that we could roll and polish my one frame that Marcos sold me that did not get rolled and polished and hopefully that would help thin out the lens and make them look clearer and better. I left my frames at the location for a long time as life got the best of me. I was busy with work and just life. Today I went into the location and Marcos happen to be the Employee in charge as Edgar was out and the one employee working handed me to Marcos since he was in charge and we talked about the frames. Marcos said the Safety frames I bought are really shaved down on the lens and rolled and polished nicely. Marcos also said all my glasses should be done that way, however per regulations of the safety glasses, the company is required to make the glasses thinner in the lens, so they did. If the company did what they did to my safety lens that for all glasses lenses people would for sure pay for roll and polish and all lenses that have a thick prescription would look nice and for sure this eye glass company would win business over other eye glass companies. May this be considered for the future. I did not work with any other worker except Marcos and Edgar, however I am sure other employees are amazing to deal with, I just personally dealt with Marcos and Edgar. Thank you

I went in to get 2 pairs of distance only glasses. The person who helped me pointed to where the least expensive glasses were. I chose 2, she thought they were both fine. They were ordered, I received them, the new helper saw them thought they were fine. turns out they were child's glasses and don't even fit over my ear correctly. I'm going to a competitor
