April did an amazing job adjusting my glasses. She was very patient, professional, and took the time to make sure everything fit perfectly. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service made the whole experience very pleasant. Highly recommend this office. I visited them after having a bad experience with another optometry office ( Focus Vision, Irvine). I found the staff ( Ms April) to be very polite and thorough in answering my queries. She showed us a variety of frames and let us try them out to our satisfaction. They have a good collection of frames. Ms April called us after a week to update us and check on a specification before placing the order for the glasses.
🌹😁🌹I definitely recommend having your optometry done at this facility. Dr. Kim, Dr. Holland, April are all just simply amazing. Very caring, very thorough treatment is given here. I saw Dr. Kim, eye exam was very thorough, not rushed, answered all my questions. I am so far very happy with my new lenses, Both distance and up close views are both fairly clear, probably one of the best lenses I have ever had so far.🌹😁🌹Wonderful service from Optician April Garrido, very knowledgeable, welcoming, polite, compassionate, very helpful. The facility is spacious, clean, cheerful.
I love how friendly and welcoming the staff is the doctor is very thorough on the way the light reflects into my retina, he has helped better my vision, which was the goal. I even had my children’s vision checked and they love it here. I highly recommend this place.
