Can I tell you how amazing this place is? It's my favorite eye doctor! I've been going here for three years, and have now been able to bring my husband in. As soon as my kids are old enough they'll be coming here as well. I've been able to see the male and female doctor, they're both great, very attentive, genuine, and professional. I also love their front desk staff, they always answer the phone quickly and are extremely friendly. As for the glasses selection, they have a very wide variety! I've also never had an issue with their pricing. Overall, just great!

The optometrist is kind and Patient but unfortunately, the staff/assistant is not. I’ve gone on two separate occasions and she has been rude and rushing and condescending each time making it uncomfortable to come back and purchase my glasses. Both occasions I came. It was the same assistant different doctor but both times I did not return to purchase my glasses because of how uncomfortable she made me feel. She also does not allow me to make a selection of my own glasses, I showed her my previous glasses and she kept trying to force me to get the same type of glasses and I kept telling her like oh I don’t really like how look on me they’re not like my style and every time I try to get a different type of frame or shape she would not allow me. She said that’s not what you have and I was like, but that’s what I want. I was incredibly upset and uncomfortable by her that in one of the visits I put a payment down for a pair that I hated because I felt pressured by her and I didn’t come get them because I truly hated them.

I love this place! Terry and Michelle are EXPERTS! You'll never have an easier time learning how to use contact lenses or a better fitting pair of frames than a pair fitted here! They have a nice selection of frames and their office is very clean and comfortable. The exam rooms are too and the exam equipment is cleaned right before and right after your exam so you KNOW everything is clean. They've taken care of my son and me for several years and they will, for several years to come.

I tried to schedule an appointment for my two daughters but wasn't able. After I call 4 times trying to give them the new insurance information the receptionist didn't help at all and assuming it was medical just told me they don't see patients without an insurance card. I decided to call another office around the area and the receptionist was very nice an found the insurance benefits right away.

I've been going to this optometrist for over 15 years at this point. Now that I live in Ohio one would think that i'd switch but a good eye doctor is a good eye doctor. The receptionists that have been there through this time have always been amazing and still remember me. The doctors there have always been top notch. Would recommend easily. You're in good hands here.
