Unfortunately, I have to write a bad review for Arora Vision. During my initial exam, I was seen for less than five minutes. When I returned home I found my old prescription and saw that the one the doctor had written was missing several details and the prescription had gone down. Before ordering glasses, I called back because I was concerned about this discrepancy. They assured me the prescription was correct. After purchasing glasses and receiving them, it was immediately clear that the script was incorrect. When I went back, the doctor wrote me a new prescription that was nothing like the first one. During that appointment, I felt very uncomfortable advocating for my needs and the doctor kept telling me that what I wanted was incorrect. It was very hard to have someone tell you what you are seeing is wrong. When I asked if they could help me cover the costs of the glasses I already ordered they said no. I have never had this happen before and am writing this in hopes it will help others.
