They don’t want you to come early, and don’t have enough sitting room in there lobby, all patients have to have a driver, they told my mom her co pay, when we got here it was more then what they originally said! They need a bigger lobby! And only have one restroom that everyone uses! It’s to hot for these elderly people to have to stand outside in this heat, due to not enough room in there lobby!
I paid $170 for the eval in August. Was told at check out “we are moving facilities so I can’t schedule your surgery right now, but we will call you in a couple weeks to schedule it”. By October I still had not been called so I called to check in and was told I had an appointment scheduled end of October. I told her I would be out of town and would prefer an appointment closer to the end of the year. She said no problem and she would call me back closer to the end of the year to schedule the surgery. No one ever called again. I had my annual check up with my optometrist and mentioned this to him so he reached out to their office. They called me and told me that because my eval was last year, I would have to pay another $170 for another eval. So basically I’m supposed to pay for another eval because they failed to call me and reschedule my surgery like they told me they would.
I love Dr. Shipp and Dr. Taylor. The staff is excellent. The office is very contemporary and clean as well.
Yes I had appointment with them on yesterday my appointment was 3:00 but I made it up there early and they call me to the back those employees was so friendly and nice. I went to to see Dr.Shipp
