Because of moving here I needed a GOOD eyecare facility and doctor. My medical doctor recommended Family Eye Care. I was able to be seen in a timely manner. Devin Coleman, O.D. made me feel my needs were understood and met. I HIGHLY recommend her for eye care needs.

Dr Eveland is great and the support staff works well to provide good service. I preferred when I could see him on Lake Ozark but it’s worth the drive to Camdenton since he moved.

I had a wonderful experience, staff was helpful. Here is the kicker... Almost ONE YEAR later I received a bill from Family eye care saying I still owed $120.00. I called the clinic to straight out the problem with accounting and the staff that I was speaking to rudely said she couldn't help me and that I needed to call the number on the bill. They have out sourced their billing in Texas. If I didn't keep my invoices/canceled checks when I paid I would have probably went round and round. Their office should have been able to see that I paid my bill in full. As it turns out I had to waste my time on the phone to prove that I paid my bill. Matter of fact they ended up owning me money back because my insurance paid more then they disclosed. It's a shame that I had to go through all that trouble with no help from the office here locally. I will not be returning to a place that over bills and will not help the consumer locally. March 11, 2026 I appreciate a response from the owner. I called yesterday wondering why it was taking so long to get my refund. I spoke with Megan (she was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with) she was able to pull up my bill right away🤔. I let Megan know that someone from the office called me on March 6 @4:28 and asked for my address and hung up. I'm suppose to get a refund check for the overbilling. The person who called me wrote down the wrong address. I was told by Megan that the office manager said to expedite my refund. I wish I could have spoke with Megan the very first time I called she handle this situation like a professional.

Definitely recommend to everyone. Staff is friendly and competent. Dr. Coleman is not only a pleasure to see, she comes across as genuinely concerned for your vision health. Competent, friendly and concerned: all great qualities for a vision center.

Great customer service! Everyone was very helpful in every aspect of my visit. Definitely recommend! It's always nice to be greeted with a smile!
