Every staff member was very helpful and incredibly friendly. The dr was quick, but amazing! I love it here and will recommend it to anyone

Mitchell Eye Center is fantastic. I've been a patient for 20+ years. The doctors are top notch, the office & sales floor staff are helpful & knowledgeable. They have an impressive selection of frames. Whether you're looking for a bargain or a designer frame, you'll find what you want there. I've been getting Krewe frames for the last several years based on a staff recommendation, and I've been really happy with the quality. (The best part is they're made in the USA) I highly recommend this locally owned family business.

Today was my very first visit and the experience was from start to finish great! Each staff member I came into contact with was thorough, friendly, and very professional. I am looking forward to bringing my son in a few months for his first appointment.

My experience at Mitchell Eye Center was GREAT!!! From the receptionist, to the doctor, to lady that fitted me for my glasses and the check out lady was GREAT! I had a great experience and would recommend others to visit. Thank you Mitchell Eye Center for the GREAT experience. I give you a 10+10 🙂

Doctor was great, but unfortunately, I will never go back again. Have Blue Cross Blue Shield great insurance and Been to other eye doctors for years never charged additional fees that they charge or try to charge seeing a contact lens fitting fee or showing you how to use them when I’ve used them for 40+ years I asked to have a manager talk to me and they said there wasn’t one available. They would call me that same day. No call back of course. I paid my $20 co-pay. They wanted to charge me another $71 for contact lens fee. They said they would not order any context for me until I paid that. I asked for my prescription so I can get somewhere else they would not give it to me until I paid that $71 fee. simply ridiculous and unethical to try to get more money out of you. also explained to the lady my prescription has not changed at all size of contacts or anything no need for that additional $71 charge… please do better Mitchell Eyecare Center
