As a patient, I am well pleased with Waynesborough Ophthalmology. The quality care I have received from Anna Tucker has been excellent. Her genuine concern and treatment of my eyes is greatly appreciated. I have been a patient at Waynesborough Ophthalmology for over 7 years and have not had any negative experience in all that time. When I first arrived to my appointment, everyone was very friendly and polite, I was checked in and I didn’t have to wait long! Dr. David Chestnut was very polite and assured me that he was going to do whatever it took to help me. He explained the eye examination and referred me to the hospital for further assistance. I have another appointment scheduled with him soon.
Dr Chestnutt removed a small growth from my eyelid. I was very pleased. He explained the procedure carefully to me during the initial visit and also covered the financial likelihood that insurance would not pay. I was asked to pay in advance and the cost was very reasonable. I will be reimbursed if insurance does pay. The procedure was quickly scheduled and took place with very minor discomfort. Dr Chestnutt and his nurse were very nice and accommodating to me. The entire experience was very pleasant. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr Chesnutt is an excellent physician. He took the time to explain in detail my concerns and the options I had. Before he left he asked me multiple times if I had any questions or concerns. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I felt like they had my best interest at heart. I could not have asked for a better office visit.
They are a very professional staff with a personal touch that makes you know that they care about you personally. They answer any questions that you have so that you fully understand what is going to take place at the visit. I had a great appointment with them!
