My mom hasn’t had glasses in 4 years. They say she refuses to be seen. She has advanced Alzheimer’s, I’m can get her to do anything but they never told me she was refusing to be seen. All they had to do is call. They show up to the facility and anyone who is slightly difficult, they put down as refused. But continue to chart for services never rendered. That’s the definition of Medicaid fraud. You will pay for this I promise. Avoid this company at all costs.
