Very poor and very dissatisfied. Don't waste your money! I'm having to pay more money out to someone else because they don't know what their talking about. Told me I had to get a licensed contractor out to my house to go under and make sure the duct work in front of my house is up to code from the joist to the ground where my duct work is. I have absolutely no duct work under my house for one thing it's in my attic there is just plumbing under my home so they obviously didn't inspect it very well. They even went in my attic and saw the duct work and took pictures. So now after spending $450 for the appraisal I will have to spend more money for someone else to come out to take measurements for their mistake.
