We've had HopDial in our office for a while now after switching from our previous carrier. There have been bugs that have popped up, but their team is SO responsive and supportive. I never have to wait long for a response from their help desk, and the reps that help me are knowledgeable and kind. Definitely recommend!

Just do it! This is a great company! Service is 5 star! System 5 star! Just make the switch and you will never be sorry! I have a busy restaurant with a large take out business. We considered several phone providers when deciding to go to a VOIP system and I am so glad we chose Hopdial.. They respond within minutes if you need anything. To me, service is just s important as any other aspect, but they are great in every way….. after several years, I cannot find anything negative to say!
