Mobileyes

I don't like going to Drs...I'm sure I'm not the only one with this phobia! A friend of mine recommended Mobileyes and I was treated to maybe the best individual service I've ever had. I found out my left eye has a thin layer and to be aware of certain symptoms. The contacts I was prescribed were THE most comfortable I've ever worn. Plus it was convenient! I would recommend Mobileyes to anyone who wants old fashioned bedside manner and convenience and professionalism!

I'm 87! Have had cataract and displaced retina surgery among other issues. I don't drive so a friend who works at a big company that Mobileyes services told me to call them. I was so smitten with the girl Elvi who helped me. She made this elderly Lady so comfortable but also advised that my left eye was showing signs of cataract damage. Thank you Mobileyes for your wonderful service! PS- My Grandson wrote this because I know nothing about this social stuff! 😄

I have a mixed experience. When I found them On 7/3 they were quick to see me and make an appt - I’d give her 5 stars for that Quick to call and deliver my first pair or glasses and sunglasses within the time limit 5 stars for that . I did the mistake of paying all at that time and then my second pair of glasses I has to call her after 3 weeks to ask about the status of my last pair as she never called me. It took me 2 months to be able to pick them up and she wasn’t available so now I have to go elsewhere as they are loose on my face - 1 star. 2 months of text tag trying to find a time I could come to the office to pick them up, she could have come to me but never did The first pair of glasses I picked up seem to have a problem with the coating but I can’t see her to discuss it so will have to go elsewhere I did not experience the “mobile” aspect as I went to her office at the shared space each time. (First red flag) I might use her again it if am in a pinch but not for more than one pair of glasses otherwise I’d rather go somewhere else

I had a wonderful experience at Mobileyes LLC! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and made the process really easy. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for great service!

I am so in love with my new glasses thanks to these ladies and thanks for showing up at Tropical Financial Credit Union health fair I so appreciate you ladies.
