Kate and her team have been incredible through a year of very complex eye issues, including having a super strong prescription. They are patient, kind, funny and really focus on the "care" part of health/eyecare, from the selection of frames to troubleshooting fit to making sure you understand insurance coverage/options. I could not recommend them more.
My brother left his contacts in NYC on a family trip. We were frantically searching for some replacement contacts so that he could enjoy the rest of our vacation. We stopped in right before closing on a Friday and Gil helped us get exactly what we needed in minutes. He truly saved our week!
This place is amazing!! Everyone is soo nice and friendly! From the eye exam to glasses selection to pickup, everyone was great and I look forward to coming back! Also, love the selection of glasses (mostly boutique brands)
I would always come here if I lived in Philadelphia! Wonderful customer service and so generous. I was in town for the weekend for a wedding and had forgotten my contact lenses at home. I asked if I could buy a trial pack with my prescription and they were super helpful. When I arrived to pick them up, they didn't even charge me. Thank you guys!
By far one of the best spots for insanely stylish glasses. They always help you pick the right pair! Modern Eye takes their time and makes every customer feel like they are the only thing that matters. I haven't bought a pair of glasses anywhere else in 10 years!
