He did it again ! Josh is superb! Came in to pick up my glasses today, and Josh assisted my Lady and I . He's very informative and personable. I believe Josh to be an asset to the eye center. We have made our decision to make Modern Focus our eye care center from here on out. The professionalism is hard to find....Thank you Josh for being so wonderful!
My guy and I had the pleasure of of meeting Josh and lsela today! They were a pleasure to work with on getting our new glasses! Especially Josh he’s very in formative / professional. Josh serves with a smile and patience. I’m so happy that we stopped in and found our new eye care center!
My daughter was seen by Dr. J. Hall with complaints of blurred vision. She was told that everything was fine with her vision. It turns out that she required surgical intervention! The neuro-surgeons that performed her surgery were astonished by the incompetence of the optometrist who examined her 1 month earlier 😳
The staff was amazing making very accurate measurement on not only the glasses but the frames. Super knowledgeable eveything Eyewear, polite, and very helpful. Best experance I've had getting glasses and highly recommend.
The staff is always really nice and ready to help. The store is always clean and welcoming. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
