I was a little skeptical at first and kept rescheduling my appointment, but the doctor personally called me and made sure I was taken care of — and I’m so glad he did! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The whole office staff was friendly and welcoming, and I absolutely love my new glasses. No complaints at all — I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great eye care and service!
Love this place. Great for eye health. Every time I come there is some new technology to perfect my vision and prescription. Also, the frame selection is SUPERB. I get compliments all of the time for my frames. I highly recommend the Hampton location.
Had a great experience here today. The doctor was great and exam was very thorough. Best part was Luis Martinez who is the office manager and was very patient and a huge help while I was picking out frames and lenses. Patient guy and answered all my questions. Highly recommend. Come here for your eye care.

I have been coming to Dr. J. Kevin Smith for over 15 years and he truly genuinely cares. I was diagnosed with an eye disease and he walked me through the process step by step. I have recommended all of my family and friends. It is always a pleasure coming in for my visit. The staff all genuinely care about you as the person.
