Duncanville Eye Associates

I highly recommend Duncanville Eye Associates and Dr. Tracy Yothers. She was excellent. I was not even a patient of hers, but I walked in towards the end of the day this week because my eye was hurting, (about 1 hr before they closed). She took the time to work me in, and she gave me Cadillac service. She even did a follow-up appointment for me on a Saturday! Both she and her office staff were phenomenal! I am a patient now! I highly recommend Duncanville Eye Associates.

They provide an awesome and amazing eye experience! Dr. Yothers is really nice and very thorough. She’s the best eye doctor I’ve ever had . I trust her with my eye care, because she definitely earned it. She was the first eye doctor ever to dilate my eyes. I’ll continue to go there. Check her out today for the best in eye care!

I have not been happy at all with this location. The people have been friendly (hence any stars), however, I'm now asking for a refund. Two months after paying for glasses, I still have not received them. I am now requesting a refund so that I can go elsewhere.

This office popped up on my eye doctor hunt and Dr. Yothers and all the lovely ladies working here did not disappoint. Dr. Y is so patient, sweet and knowledgeable. Her and the ladies helped me pick some cute frames and my glasses came in fairly quick. Overall I am satisfied with the experience and customer service

So this has been my eye doctor for like a couple years now, and overall my experience has been horrible! I've had to try out like 6 different pairs of contacts because I can never properly see in the contacts they give me, and I recently had to pay around $200 for new glasses and I can barely even see through like 90% of the lenses, my peripheral vision is horrible! I don't think I even got the transition lenses I specifically Always get because it's covered by my insurance!
