The Eye Care Associate of TX were very professional and thorough. All the specialists were knowledgeable and provided good care. Dr. Le was skilled, professional, and very knowledgeable. I look forward to continuing with them for my eye exams and care and feel I am in good hands.
It was my first visit and just walking in the reception area I immediately felt better. It was spacious, comfortable and calm. Everyone I was in contact with was very friendly and welcoming. Jessica was awesome. She made me feel relaxed and less anxious. Dr Bishop, what can I say, she is the best, she is everything I heard and read and more. After thoroughly examining my eyes she explained her findings, answered my questions and made suggestions, no pressure, no rush. She made me feel so confident that I went from not ever wanting to the surgery in the left eye to wanting it done as soon as possible. Thanks Dr Bishop. , .
Dr.Bishop knows her stuff. I have never had such a great experience at the eye Dr until I set in her chair. Her staff was awesome and they all have the best patience. My husband also booked an appointment. After I told him the great experience. And she also has some of the best sophisticated equipment. I would recommend her to everyone.
I originally had an appointment scheduled for a later date, but I called to see if there was anything available sooner because I had been experiencing what looked like clouds in my vision, and I’m a Type 2 diabetic. At first, there were no earlier appointments available, and I was considering going to the ER. I received a call saying that if I was willing to see another doctor at a different location, they could get me in sooner than the date I scheduled and then I got a text to get me in at an earlier date which worked out great. I arrived 15 minutes early and checked in with Ms. Lynn, who was very nice and professional. I was then called to the back by Ms. Irene, who was also very nice and professional. I met with Dr. Gold and explained what was going on. She performed my exam and explained what she saw and why I was experiencing the symptoms. She was straight to the point and professional. I was in and out an hour later.
They are so slow. Wait 30 minutes in the waiting room then wait another 30 minutes inside in another waiting room. Nice staff but spent 2 hrs here for an eye exam. Unacceptable.
