When you need to have your Eyes checked this is the place to go. Dr. Jordan Alexander was wonderful and super informative. I learned a lot about my eyes. Did you know that your eyes can loose color (like your hair turning gray). I will be 60 soon and my eyes have slight gray ring on the edge of my dark brown iris. And because of the right testing and our Q&A, I can see like a champ. Thank you Dr. Alexander and the wonderful support staff.

The receptionist at the front desk do not care about the concern of the patient. I called about my eyes been affected by the bad allergies, and if an eye drop can be prescribed. She said I will tell the doctor and call you back. From Monday to Friday, call was not returned. This is a bad attitude. I called back on Friday and the receptionist that picked it can not say a simple sorry for the way my concern was treated. Then, told me you don't have an appointment for another one and a half week? That is cruel and you did not bothered by whatever the patient is going through. If you are actually a small business, I believe you need to go above and beyond for you patients. I can not recommend you for a friend because you have poor customer services.

My eye appointment today was great. From the front desk to the Optometrist Doctor I was treated with great care. The technician explained each step of my eye exam and the doctor did the same. She explained my x-ray and what the numbers meant for my age and stage. I left feeling confident and cared for. Thanks Infocus Vision

I really enjoyed my experience here. They were very informative and professional. The eye doctor gave me additional information about my exam that I was never told before so that was really helpful. Thanks again to the entire staff.

Great experience at this eye clinic! I went in to get my prescription for glasses and contacts, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were especially patient with my “difficult eye” (lol) and went above and beyond to make sure the right contact lens was ordered so I could finally see clearly. I really appreciated the care and attention—highly recommend!
