The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, and they made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. The level of care and attention to detail was truly outstanding. Everything was explained clearly, all of my questions were answered, and I never felt rushed or like just another patient. You can tell that the team genuinely cares about their patients and takes pride in providing an exceptional experience. The office itself is beautiful, modern, and inviting, and the entire visit was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I left feeling confident that I was in great hands. I have been going to Modern Optometry for years, way back to when Dr. Verna's father had the practice on Rhawn st. I love the people that work here, everyone is so nice and easy to talk to. Dr. Verna takes her time to explain all my test results, why we are doing the tests, and i believe she is honest with me about what i need. All the staff were also great with my mother, who had parkinsons dementia. They did their best to get her glasses she could actually use and work with her through her exams. I'll never go anywhere else as long as Modern Optometry is open.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Verna and the entire staff at Modern Optometry. From the beginning, they were incredibly accommodating of my busy schedule and even helped me with last-minute appointments when I needed them. Most importantly, Dr. Verna took great care in managing my keratoconus and was very patient while helping me adjust to wearing contact lenses, which has been a difficult process for me. She took the time to address my concerns, answer my questions, and make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The staff was always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, making every visit a positive experience. I truly appreciate the personalized attention and highly recommend Dr. Verna and Modern Optometry to anyone looking for knowledgeable and compassionate eye care.
