The doctors at Moffatt Eyecare are the saving grace of the entire operation. They are professional, capable, and reassuring, exactly the kind of people one hopes to find when trusting someone with their eyesight. Then, tragically, one must encounter the front office before there is any chance of meeting the above professionals. The reception staff seems to have confused patient care with hostage intake. Warmth is scarce, helpfulness appears heavily rationed, and basic personability has apparently been placed on indefinite backorder. The contrast is almost theatrical: excellent doctors delivering quality care while the front desk performs a daily reenactment of customer service before civilization discovered manners. This office would benefit from training in the absolute fundamentals: greeting people, communicating clearly, showing patience, and understanding that patients are not an inconvenience simply because they have arrived for an appointment. A perfect rating is impossible here, not because of the medical care, but because the first and last impression is handled by a front office that seems determined to sand the shine off an otherwise excellent practice. Until the reception experience rises above “mildly resentful gatekeeper,” five stars will remain a distant fantasy. 3 stars.

Eye doctor was great as was the lady that helped me select the glasses. As time was approaching closing, we agreed that I would come back in the next day. The lady helping me with the glasses told me to come in unannounced and she would let me pay and get out the door. She put the glasses behind the counter. When I returned, the receptionist told me I needed an appointment. I told her the situation and with a deadpanned and pissed off look repeated that I needed an appointment. Super rude. That was a few months ago. I went somewhere else and started over. Moffett wasn’t for me. 5 stars for the doctor and eye fitter. 0 stars for front desk

it's hard to turn a 1 star into a 5 star. But these guys did it. I had an issue, I left, and not 30 minutes later I had a call regarding my issue. That is customer service you just don't get anymore. this 5 star review is purely based on their customer service alone. their eye doctors are are amazing. and they work with you to ensure everything is alright. The only regret I have is even posting a 1 star review in the first place. They just needed time to explain the situation. sometimes you're quick to leave a bad review when you have a headache. Dr Moffatt is an exception to the rule when it comes to caring about patients.

Excellent care and advice. Dr.Mills is very thorough and listens to your questions and concerns. Sarah is an excellent technician and very kind. She is also the Technical Advisor for my new film. I see Mila Kunis playing her possibly. A great visit overall.

Absolutely pleased with Dr. Moffatt and his care team. He was able to get my vision better than anyone else. He also helped to get me the most comfort.
