My husband and I had a very pleasant experience at Monarch Eye Care. I was there last year for my annual and recommended my husband also have his annual checkup there. We both just had our visits. Dr. Monarch is very professional and Michelle was particularly friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend.
The staff at Monarch Eye Care was very kind and welcoming. They answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. My son is not a big talker, but I could tell the staff made him feel comfortable and at ease during his visit. We truly appreciate the patience, care, and kindness they showed him. I had an amazing experience at this eye doctor’s office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The exam was thorough, and I felt confident that my eye health was in great hands. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent customer service!
My experience was mostly okay. If I could I would give it 2 1/2 stars. The people doing my intake were very friendly and patient with me. My main problem came with the doctor. While friendly, I felt I was being rushed during my eye exam and by the end I had some blurriness going on. Part of it was the dilation, but after getting my glasses I am dealing with some blurriness in my right eye. This is still after wearing my glasses for a few days.
The doctor and staff are very nice, informative and look to your eye needs. They scheduled me for an emergency office visit about a month ago. They are very professional in the examination of your eyes and needs.
