You really know you have a topnotch Dr. when things go wrong. Dr. Williamson corrected a vision issue that two other Drs. in Fargo/Moorhead told me I'd have to deal with--very poor vision, or possibly have to stop working, due to poor vision--for the rest of my life. Dr. Williamson has the experience/knowledge to deal with "when things go wrong," and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Dr. Williamson's plan corrected my vision so, instead of being almost blind, I now have excellent vision, & even see better than my co-workers. If I had never made that first appointment here, my vision and quality of life would have stayed way worse. Plus, the staff -- all the way from front desk, billing, testing & Anthony in eyewear, are also topnotch. I always feel welcome, & that they have each patient's best interest in everything they do. Hands down the best Eye Doctors/eye wear around.

Unfortunately, after us supporting this business for 10 years, I ordered glasses, that didn't come in time for our move out of state, so they were shipped to me. They made me feel 'off', and I couldn't adjust to them, so ended up wearing my old glasses mostly. Recently had eye appt, and they confirmed that prescription was quite off in one lense, even with translation from optician to ophthalmologist measurements. I reached out to see if that lense could be replaced. Was told it wasn't that big of a difference. I feel, I lost out on use of a pair of glasses, and the disregard is very sad.

Great experience, I wish there would’ve been a little bit more transparency on my vision test, with it including something that was an extra $25 beyond what my insurance covers. And the prices of glasses were pretty typical. But $358 after my insurance for a pair of glasses and vision test was what I expected

The appts run on time. We’ve seen all of the doctors. Dr. Williamson is phenomenal with kids. I had my 10, 6, & 4 year old see him, while my 8 year old saw Dr. Bartz. They were able to smoothly work with the wiggly kids, and they were very patient as they asked 100 questions about how everything worked. The assistants were also top notch, friendly and good with the kids. I saw Dr. Andrist. Appts are easy to schedule online with good availability.

Excellent service starting with the scheduling on the phone all the way to the fitting of my glasses at pick up. My old pair had broken and when a day and time opened sooner than my scheduled appointment they called and got me in much earlier than anticipated. Everything was thoroughly explained throughout my exam which I really appreciated. My glasses came in earlier than expected which I was very happy about. Thanks to everyone on staff for making it a pleasant experience! The nice new building is a welcome addition to the neighborhood!
