I had an amazing experience at this eye clinic! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming, kind, and professional. The entire appointment was incredibly fast and efficient without ever feeling rushed. The staff made the check-in process quick and easy, and I barely had to wait before being seen. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly while answering all of my questions. The level of care and customer service was outstanding, and everyone made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. If you’re looking for an eye care office that provides excellent service, friendly staff, and a quick, hassle-free experience, I highly recommend this place. I love this Lenscrafters and have been going to them for years. My Doctor retired so I was excited to see my new Doctor. The staff welcomes you the moment you walk in the door and they are always smiling as they help you. Check in was fast and the eye exam wait was not longer than 5 minutes. Everything was explained to and not to mention they have the best selection of eyeglasses.

My experience was awesome from start to finish. I can't remember the doctor's name, but she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, addressed every issue I had, and was very professional throughout the entire visit. It was a night-and-day difference compared to my last experience. The gentleman who helped me pick out my glasses was outstanding as well. He was patient, took his time, showed me different styles, and helped me find frames that fit me well. He never rushed me, and because of his excellent customer service, I ended up buying two pairs of frames. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service. This team truly goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. When I first arrived, the location was quite busy; however, the staff remained helpful and attentive. I would especially like to recognize the representative who assisted me in selecting my new pair of glasses, Ms. Julia. She provided exceptional service and made my visit a very positive experience, also the reason for these five stars. Any uncertainty I initially had quickly disappeared because of her professionalism, patience, and knowledge. I highly recommend asking for Ms. Julia if you visit this location. Her customer service truly stands out.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The eye exam was quick with all types of state of the art equipment. No eye drops or weird poses for the exam. Got good help on selecting a pair of frames. I liked it.
