I’m impressed with Dr. Heidi Eisman at the Pullman Family Eye Clinic because she has experience with Baerveldt glaucoma implants. Her information was more valuable than what my eye doctor in Spokane gave me before and after the surgery. I am very grateful for Dr. Eisman‘s expertise, ability to listen, and answer my questions directly. She also helped my husband with his dry macular degeneration treatment using a new light therapy that has great hope for improvement in one of his eyes.

The receptionist greeted everyone by name and a welcoming smile. The technician explained the process and details throughout the treatment. Sharing the time countdown helped me feel more comfortable. I recommend this Eye Care office without reservation.
Overall I had a good experience with this eye doctor. They were typically very kind and professional. However, at one point I told one eye doctor that I CANNOT have the yellow dye put in my eye. I explained that it gave me panic attacks and I could not handle it. The eye doctor completely dismissed me and basically told me she would not follow my request. Though I will say she wasn't rude. I should have said something right then but I was too nervous. And to be far if I had stood up for myself maybe the doctor would understand more the issue I had. I have told this same thing to multiple eye doctors and have never had anyone else dismiss me. I considered calling to complain later but I have since moved and figured it wouldn't make sense. If I was still living there, I would still go to this office, but I would refuse this eye doctor. I don't think she is a bad doctor, but being dismissed made me upset. I already have medical trauma and I cant handle more.
I personally appreciate all staff I have come in contact with. All very kind and professional. I really love both Offices Moscow and Pullman! The Doc’s work as a team to provide continuity of care if one is out of the office. They listen and have helped me get better after a year and a half of struggling with a difficult situation. I highly recommend this team!
Edit: Just a day after this happened, I got a call from the main administration who apologized and wanted to confirm everything that has happened. Honestly makes up for everything because their customer service was so quick and responsive to this, reassuring that they will solve this issue. Thank you to Nancy for reaching out and following up :) Although I do enjoy the Moscow service, I was running late to my appointment at the Pullman location and they cancelled my time slot for being 7 minutes late. I asked why 7 minutes affects my HOUR LONG appointment and they stated it puts other appointments behind even when I am slotted for AN HOUR. This is the fourth time I’ve been rescheduled for incompetence on their part. While they rescheduled my appointment as well, the front desk had given me three different times saying “someone is messing with my scheduler” in front of me. I had to ask the front desk twice after the rescheduled if this was the correct time. There is no confidence in times or whether I will be seen on my appointment time. I am more than disappointed with the service I received and I didn’t even make it to the eye doctor yet. I advise the Moscow location as they will work with you even on their busiest days.
