Not only did the doctor fix my prescription after years of struggling to find a good eye doctor, the staff at Pullman Vision Source is exceptional. Top notch. Maria and Sarah at the front desk are always welcoming, smiling, and truly go above and beyond to create a calm, easygoing, personal, and happy atmosphere. Matthew made me feel so comfortable when doing my glasses fitting, and made sure that my glasses were going to be a perfect fit by readjusting until they were spot on, even though the office was understaffed that day, Matthew didn't make me feel rushed. All three of them were super helpful in explaining their new Cherry payment plans, which made my eye care goals actually affordable, and LaSharr went out of her way to make sure that I got set up with a plan for my contacts as well. I watch Logan every time she brings patients back, and she always introduces herself, remembers patients names, is smiling, and personable. I saw her bring a disabled patient back, and she was extremely sensitive to the patient as well as the patient's mother, and I could tell that the mother was relieved at Logan's maturity, and the patient became excited once Logan came to get her. Today, they even had little baby starts from some of the office plants that they let me take home. Maria even wrote little names on their containers for me, and everyone picked a name. These people literally made my entire day today. They are always a joy and I cannot express how much I love going to my eye doctor. I can tell that the staff works well together and they seem to enjoy each other and their jobs. I have never had a better experience in any sort of medical office. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10.

Homines qui hic laborant sunt periti et amici valde, and I've worked with both doctors and most of the front staff over the years and everyone has been that way, very proficient professional and friendly. The diagnostic tools are regularly updated to state of the art as are the doctors' medical expertese. The staff is keen to help with scheduling, repairs, insurance (LaSharr, Logan, Sarah) and finding and fitting cool but economical frames (last year Matthew and this year, et tu Maria)
Pullman Vision Source is as smooth as can be. The helpfulness and politeness by the front desk with appt scheduling and insurance was amazing. I had the pleasure of thorough eye exams, contact fittings, and knowledgeable expertise from Dr. DeVleming in the past and now Dr. DeWald! The paraoptometrics and optical tech were efficient and helpful. Thanks!
TL;DR: A couple issues that were frustrating but not prohibitive. Overall satisfied with the service and final product. Every staff member at Pullman Vision Source, notably Sarah, Matthew, and Dr DeVleming, who I interacted with were great. Scheduling an exam was easy and the exam itself was fine. I had to have my pupils dilated, and immediately after I was taken to the big and bright sales floor to pick out frames & lens options. It was very difficult to see what I was looking at, and although the staff (whoever you are, I didn't really see much of your face) was helpful, I was annoyed at the task of making an expensive decision right when I really couldn't see well. Additionally, I picked out a color that turned out to be not at all what I wanted when I came back the next business day to sign the purchase order. I would have been immensely bummed if my glasses showed up in bright blue instead of the dark brown that I thought I had selected. Luckily I was able to make that change before it was irreversible. I still question the reasoning behind having me pick out glasses while I was essentially blinded. I was told after placing the order that the glasses would be ready in two to three weeks. I waited three weeks and two days and did not get any communication. I decided to call for an update, and was told that the glasses had been damaged in transit and needed to be remade. Okay, totally understandable, it's not something they have control over. I was annoyed however, that I had to call for an update, instead of someone informing me. I was told that it would be another 7-10 days. I waited 14 days more without any word. On the 14th day, I called again. I was told that someone would call me back with an update. Someone (Matthew, I think) did call back shortly and kindly explained that the glasses had been sent back and I would need to wait another 1-2 weeks. Even after insurance, I still paid around $280 for my glasses. To me, that is a significant investment. I am disappointed that both timelines came and went without any word on my glasses. I wish Pullman Vision Source had taken initiative in communicating with me about the status of my glasses. To be clear, I am not upset about the long delay. Something was damaged, or defective, or whatever. No worries, mistakes get made, none of which was PVS' fault. But 2-3 weeks stretched into 6 and a half weeks, and I would not have had any explanation as to why if I hadn't called to ask. I think more accountability would have more than remediated the situation. Just a quick phone call or two so that I could wait easier. And I enjoyed the face time I had with the staff. Everyone was kind and very good to me. And when I finally did get to pick up my glasses, Matthew brought them out on a silver platter. The actual glasses are spectacular; everything I wanted and more. Like, I put them on and I could feel my credit score go up. They fit perfectly, feel great, and my mom even said I look very handsome. Pullman Vision Source is overall a great business, and hiccups aside, my experience was good. Shoutout to Matthew!
Very professional and friendly and caring. Fast service, didn't wait long at all with appointment. No hassle. No upselling. Gave excellent advice for eye problems. Highly recommend!
