Very satisfied with the care I have received at Doctor Mousers office. I had cataracts removed from both of my eyes and it was as good as it gets. I highly recommend him for all your eye care.

The entire office staff was very friendly and professional. When it came time to pick out my new frames & I needed honest opinions, several team members were willing. It came down to two frames and although I appreciated their input, it was still a difficult decision and they were very patient with me 😉 I realize I took a lot of their time, but they were still the same friendly and professional staff and that meant a lot! Extremely satisfied with my overall experience from the time I walked in to the point of scheduling my next appointment! Thank you, Dr. Morris and staff.🤓

Customer service can make or break any business. I would suggest using mystery shoppers or secret callers to see how customers are treated. Whomever Sarah is who answered the phone hopefully has a better day/life because she acted absolutely miserable. All I needed was to pick up a copy of contact’s prescription- and I hope calls are recorded and can be reviewed. She said she couldn’t tell me hours they’re open for me to pick it up that i need to give her a specific time and she’ll tell me if it will work. Even if a business is only open on certain days or by appointment only -there is a way to explain that and talk to people respectfully. I assumed they had an answering service since they have more than one location but when I show up to pick up the prescription the girl at the window lifts up an envelope and holds it out the window. Never asked a name to verify who she was handing the prescription to, didn’t even make eye contact. I took the envelope and said thank you, walked out to my car appalled by the treatment. As I thought more about it I realized she handed medical information to someone without even verifying who I was. I could have been anyone. I went back in and asked to speak to an office manager, she said he wasn’t there. I asked for a card and realized she wasn’t wearing a name badge so I asked her how she knew who I was to just hand me the prescription and she said she assumed because i came in at 11:15 (the time I gave over the phone). I asked if she was Sarah and the one I had spoken to on the phone. Indeed she was. Her attitude seemed a bit softer by this point. I hope if nothing else she realizes that how you treat people -especially patients/clients of your employer truly matters. You can have a bad day but it doesn’t take a lot of effort to just be kind. I want to add that the doctor we saw months back was nice and professional, unfortunately -as I said before, customer service is instrumental in running any business. This was not okay.

Loved our experIence at this location! My husband and I finally found an eye doctor we not only feel comfortable with yet is also highly intelligent.Dr. Moses easy manner and his ability to listen and explain was exceptional! His office staff was friendly but professional! There was no long wait to be seen once arriving at his office. The office setting was neat and clean with proper Covid procedures in place. We urge anyone in need of an a great eye doctor to call and make an appointment!

Everyone is nice and Dr Mouser is very kind and explains things well. The office is well run and organized. It's a pleasure to use this office for my eye care!
