Best place ever! Mosholu Optical gave me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. Laisa and Luisa were absolutely incredible… kind, professional, patient, and genuinely caring. They made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. I walked in and was taken care of right away, and before I knew it I was already on my way out. Fast, efficient, and top-tier service from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. If you need eye care or glasses, this is hands down the place to go. Highly, highly recommended

I was able to walk in an have my frames adjusted. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I was expecting an upcharge or eye roll but instead I received great customer service. I will definitely return for some frames. They had a great variety and affordable prices.

Luisa was very professional & yet warm. She was patient with explaining everything to me over & over. She definitely deserves 5 stars, 10 stars if they existed. I am a forever customer
