My husband and I had back to back appointments and we couldn’t say enough good things about the office! All of the staff members were amazing. We had our three year old with us and she came out with lots of new friends and excited for her own trip to the eye doctor in the future.
This is a very friendly and knowledgeable office. I came here following Cateracts surgery for new glasses. Dr. Clement is a great guy! Very relaxed and he takes his time with you. Accurate prescription too. Michelle was fantastic in helping me pick new frames and going through the process and the glasses were ready in under two weeks. I love them! It's great to be able to see so clearly now especially at night!
Is 6 stars an option?! This place is a hidden gem with friendly knowledgeable staff every step of the way. Lane was a sweetheart in my exam, Marcia in the office is very experienced and helpful with pricing, and Michelle--CHEFS KISS on frame selection! Impeccable instincts! I ended up with beautiful Tiffany frames and a second pair too at 40% off. Great experience all around!
My first time here genuinely couldn’t have been a better experience! They were very efficient with my time, I barely had to wait. The doctor was very nice and informative. Marcia and Michelle couldn’t have been more helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed and at the best possible price. Already looking forward to next years appointment!
I had the greatest service from everyone in the office. Marsha greeted me with such joy and made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Lisa worked with me doing the various testing. Doctor Clement is so professional. He spent so much time with me. He explained what the tests were for and the health of my eyes. Finally, Michelle helped me to find new frames and ordered my glasses. I highly recommend this office if you want professional service. The entire staff treated me their patient with joy and kindness.
