Dr. JoAnn Todd is hands down the best optometrist I have ever been to. She is professional, caring, knowledgeable, and truly takes her time with her patients. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and explained everything so clearly without making me feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and loves what she does. The staff was just as amazing — kind, welcoming, and professional. Great customer service and even better care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an eye doctor who actually listens and treats you like family. Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had at an eye appointment!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Todd is an amazing optometrist! She offers a 20/20 Plan that is 1000% worth it, especially if you don’t have health insurance. The plan covers visits for unexpected eye issues, which was a lifesaver for me when I suddenly got sick with an eye problem. Thankfully, she was able to see me the very next day and took great care of me. I’m so grateful for her professionalism, kindness, and quick response. Highly recommend Dr. Todd and her 20/20 Plan!

The eye doctor is very kind, knowledgeable and patient. The staff is just as friendly, and the eyeglass selection is plentiful! A wonderful place to get an eye exam with wonderful people.
