Yes I’m very glad I went somewhere else! I asked about monthly contacts for my son because of price concerns and was immediately asked to find another dr. I did find another dr and guess what? They gave us all the options for daily, weekly, biweekly and monthly contacts. It’s amazing how much better quality of care you can get when you go to a place that is out of network vs a place that takes insurance. The other eye dr actually cares about patients and not just about another number so they can make their few bucks. Surprisingly I didn’t have to pay much out of pocket and much happier with the service I received unlike with dr musgroves. She couldn’t wait to throw us at the first question, since there was no other interaction I ever had with her, feels a bit racist.

I asked about pricing for contacts, and was told we aren't a good fit and i should find another dr. my son is 11 and i know he will tear some contacts while learning and im looking to keep costs low and feel the brand and type of contacts is very important and what is the service we pay for if not to discuss the options. I am allowed to make the best decisions about health and finances for my family. The whole staff is rude and not very knowledgeable. I called another dr in town and was given clear info about costs and explained that the dr will definitely discuss contacts brand type and costs and rebates to help with costs. THIS is the service expected but not delivered by the Dr or staff at mountain eyeworks.
Helpful and professional staff, Dr. Williams explained things to me in layman's terms and took the time to do a thorough exam. Provides a good service for Veterans thru the VA and saves many of us the trip to GJ.
Thank you so very much for all of the patience that you showed my husband. With all of the problems that he has it is wonderful to be able to take him to such a caring place.
