Shoutout to the staff at Mountain View Eyecare! Especially Amanda. They greeted us with warmth and I felt very comfortable as a newcomer. Great service and clean business, highly recommend. Thanks again - happy holidays :)

I do not have Insurance that covers glasses! The Employee checking me in told me Insurance would pay for exam THREE times while I tried to explain it would NOT. So I didn't pay...and neither did Insurance (that I don't have). Who is responsible for bill? Billing Manager very rude!

Dr carrier would be rolling over in his grave if he could see what they have done to his business.. it's pretty obvious they are scraping the bottom of the barrel for less than adequate help... they screwed up royally and didn't even apologize instead she just rolled her eyes.wow..i dont know her name but she is an african American female. what in the world has happened to this thriving business? it is horrible. Me and my family will not be going back that's for sure and you shouldn't either if you know what's good for you
