I love going to your office! Carlie is the best eye dr assistant, along with Reagan framing my glasses with my face! And Dr. Bethany Gillette is amazing with introducing me to "office" glasses!! I work from so I will keep them safely in my room and wear my other progression glasses with transient on the road!! Thank you Dr Gillette for the advice!! I will recommend the office to everyone who needs eyecare!!
The eye exam went great! But afterwards whoever thinks they are in charge and above talking to a customer really upset me. I just wanted a simple explanation of what insurance said but he couldn't get away to talk to me instead had his receptionist ( who was good just didn't understand it either). Very bad business etiquette.
I’ve been coming to Mountain West eye care for Many years. The Care I get there is exceptional. Staff and doctors are all kind happy. Dr. Gillette is very thorough And always answer all of my questions. I never feel like she’s rushing in or rushing out.
My first experience at Mountain West Eyecare exceeded my expectations! Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them. Looking forward to my next skin treatment session.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They had all of my insurance coverage ready for when I finished my exam and picked out my frames, I knew exactly what was covered and what I would need to pay. Highly recommend!
