Best experience from start to finish. My exam was thorough and I was delighted with the assistance from the entire staff picking the best frames for my personality. Angela fitted my glasses perfectly and my eyes are happy at work and play. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Mount Sinai Optical delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond during my wife’s consultation, making her feel completely taken care of, and they even fixed my sunglasses for free when I came in with her. We couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service and highly recommend them.

Professional, helpful and will go out of their way to make things right! Everyone is so pleasant and there is a large selection of frames! I’m happy to travel a little further for my eye exams and glasses. Highly recommend Mount Sinai Optical

I have been going to Mt Sinai Optical for over 10 years. Always professional and helpful. I have walked in a few times needing my frames fixed or adjusted, and they always do it on the spot for no charge. Highly recommended!

The optician was professional, patient, insightful, and gave great advice concerning my present issues. The staff were kind and very helpful, picking out what I needed was a breeze. Overall, communication and service was 5⭐️. Update: Picked up my new glasses, the lenses and frame were accurate and precise. The clarity of the prescription was excellent. I was very impressed because I have eye issues and am difficult to fit.
