I had a great experience with Dr. Barnes and his staff! Dr. Barnes was kind, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Both the ladies who conducted preliminary screening & helped me pick out my reading glasses were so patient, helpful, and made the process easy and enjoyable. Excellent care and great customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

I started here with Dr Hank Murray probably 30 years ago. He has since semi retired but I’ve seen Dr Barnes and Dr Ferrari and a few others once or twice. They continue to have the exemplary service that I received all those years ago. Thanks everyone!

I’ve never had a more thorough exam! Not only did Dr. Murray show concern for my retinal problem, he ran tests and showed me the damage I have. He explained in terms I could understand and reassured me about the extent of the damage. In addition, he was able to fit me with a mono-vision lens in one visit that other eye doctors said couldn’t be done. I was very pleased with the care I received from him and the two technicians who performed additional tests. From registration to check-out, the service is outstanding. I highly recommend this optometry practice.

Absolutely amazing service. I had gotten a fiber optic (glass) sliver in my eye. The emergency room could not get it out. Not only were they the only eye care facility to immediately return my call, they had me in a chair with my eye numbed and extracting the fiber 20 minutes after calling. As soon as I walked through the door the receptionist gave me sunglasses to help alleviate the light sensitivity before promptly getting me seen. The establishment is very clean and highly professional. I cannot recommend them enough. My gratitude for them is endless.

My visit today was great. I had gotten something in my eye and was able to get in quickly to see the doctor. Doctor Murray was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Been a patient for many, many years and always have received excellent service.
