Musc Physicians

My experience was great!! The pharmacy ladies are very knowledgeable have great bedside manner very prompt. In all departments here are great. Dr. Ritchie is an amazing pediatrician, the Gi specialist and nutritionist. All the staff that takes appointments everyone of them are great. After hours care have some of the greatest doctors and nurses and staff. I have 3 kids and that department has seen us so many times. They are great. They have been caring for my twins since they got out of the nicu almost 4 years 10 out 10 I do recommend

We are so lucky to have this facility so convenient to Summerville! My child had surgery today and everyone we encountered was incredible! The child life specialist, Tori, was amazing and really helped put our minds at ease - including my child. My child nicknamed her “Entertaining Tori”. They had arts and crafts and all sorts of things at the ready to ease our nerves and make everyone comfortable. The anesthesiologist and his team, and of course, Dr. White, continue to be experts in their field. Ms. Jessica the waiting room host, kept everyone informed and ready to go when it was our turn. Thank you, MUSC!!

My family is very familiar with SMP as a whole and they're honestly really great. We've been in the GI, have gotten bloodwork, we see urology and imaging yearly, but this review is specifically regarding the ENT department: They are apparrently difficult to get ahold of. I was told my 6yo son needed to go into an operating room to be able to get something removed out of his ear that is deep down there and all other attempts to remove it has failed. We saw Dr. Zachary Kelly who we actually enjoyed seeing. He was great with my kiddo. He was very straightforward and honest. Dr. Kelly tried to get the object out, but he couldn't so he gave me a number to call to get this operation scheduled with his scheduler. However after 4 phone calls and 2 voicemails over the last two weeks, I still have not gotten an answer from her(his scheduler) and therefore have not had any resolution or hope of resolution for my kid. This is the first time my family has delt with musc ent, but so far, I unfortutely do not recommend.

Dr Dunn with Pediatric GI is the best. We love her. We also saw the attending GI team at MUSC Children's Hospital and the two we saw there were great as well.

This is a nice facility. It starts with registration. They make the process work very well. I took my grandson to an ortho appointment and was impressed with the entire staff. Dr Walker in Orthopedic is very professional and gave excellent explanations.
