I went to the walk in clinic today and Dana Satterfield was amazing. She actually seemed to care and didn't just tell me it was a virus if all my swabs were negative and send me on my way. The ladies at the front desk were super nice too.
DONT recommend currently searching for a new provider and considering Suing.. The new Dr in urgent care is SO CONFRONTATIONAL, she was trying to fight with me in the room and screaming all my information over a crowd of people in the waiting room. They discuss your medical information right outside your door (Where other patients can hear) not to mention, the doctor laughed in my face when I asked Her about my treatment.
Dr. Sarah Hall was amazing with our newborn and the staff was also wonderful with scheduling and everything. Very pleased with MVA’s pediatric care!
Please go to them. My new blood pressure pill is working and making me feel better and they are respectful to their patients
