Recently, I underwent cataract surgery with Dr. Timothy Blake and his team at Nashua Eye in Nashua, NH. My experience with Dr. Blake was great. He explained my condition to me and made sure that I understood my treatment plan. Leading up to surgery I learned that Dr. Blake is an exceptional surgeon with many years' experience. Impressive is the right word, really, as the results from my surgery are simply amazing. I couldn't have known what I had been missing visually. Everything now is so clear, so sharp, and the colors on TV are simply vibrant. Yes, I can highly recommend Dr. Blake to anyone who needs cataract surgery.

Great experience at Nashua Eye Associates in New Hampshire. The office is spacious, modern, and filled with beautiful natural light. We received an appointment reminder with instructions to check in at the patient kiosk, and the process was quick, easy, and very patient-friendly. The front desk staff were all professional, kind, and welcoming, which helped calm my nerves right away. Dr. Voicu was excellent and had a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend Nashua Eye Associates for their professionalism, efficiency, and compassionate care.

I have consistently received exceptional care from Dr. Birnbaum & her technicians. They take the time to explain any testing or diagnosis & listen to any concerns I might have. It's a comfortable environment & I highly recommend Nashua Eye!

I am extremely disappointed with the way Dr Ana Costa’s office handled my daughter’s appointment. Our appointment was canceled without any notice at all. We were never contacted, never informed, and never given the chance to reschedule. We only found out when we showed up in person. When we arrived, we were told she could not be seen and that the next available appointment would be in October. This is completely unacceptable for a pediatric patient needing care. The front desk checked with the doctor, who said she might be able to fit us in, but only after a very long wait—possibly hours—because she had other patients. This was communicated in a way that made it feel like we were being squeezed in rather than treated as an established patient with a scheduled appointment. The receptionist was also very unfriendly and unhelpful throughout the interaction, which only added to the frustration and stress of the situation. My daughter is only 4½ years old and not in a position to sit in a waiting room for hours without any clear timeframe or reassurance. After already showing up for a confirmed appointment, we were left with no clear plan and then casually asked if we wanted to reschedule. There was no accountability, no communication, and no respect for our time or my child’s care. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and honestly unacceptable for a medical office.

The doctor’s professionalism was very evident. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and she was prompt and attentive throughout the visit. I was very impressed with the quality of care and communication.
