The best. Matt fixed my frames in a jiffy when every other optometrist in greater Nashua wouldn’t/couldn’t. Not the first time they’ve gone above and beyond helping. Great store, fantastic staff!
Just picked up my new prescription glasses from Matt and what can I say but perfection. This is my second visit to Cohen's for glasses in the past 6 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Matt and his team really know what they're doing, unlike most other optical centers. You've heard the phrase "You get what you pay for", save yourself lots of time and agravation and go directly to Cohen's.
Friendly staff and customer service, but just want to share my experience for others. I brought 3 pairs of glasses here in a months span and 2/3 had problems, but they worked with me. 1st I brought some Gucci sunglasses in for prescription sun glass, and the frame had been damaged and given back to me, but I brought them back in and got the frame replaced. I had photo proof of them undamaged before bringing in. So that got resolved 👍🏼 2nd I brought my Cartier glasses in for prescription and there seemed to be a greenish coating flaking off within a couple days, I even brought them into another glasses store to get looked at and they said it seemed to be a anti reflective coating coming off, but by time I brought them back in it seems the coating had fully came off because it wasn't visible anymore and we agreed to let it be due to not being able to see it anymore and the fact that these are my every day glasses. The 3rd pair of glasses came out fine. Not here to tell bad about anyone, just here to share my experience for others
