Wonderful people. Dr. Francis is top notch. I have all the trust in the world in her. Nicole at the front was great. The technician, I can't remember her name took such good care of me. Ten stars!

I took my daughter in to use my insurance and get her new glasses. I presented a valid, current prescription from another doctor. They refused to do the work, claiming that "insurance policy prohibits the use of outside prescriptions." This information is FALSE. I called my insurance company right then and there, and they confirmed that they have no restrictions regarding outside prescriptions. The decision not to accept them is 100% yours. The bottom line: I was denied a service that my insurance actually covers. My daughter still doesn't have her glasses, and I had to start the search all over again somewhere else. Transparency with the customer is essential. If your policy is not to accept outside prescriptions, you should state that clearly instead of blaming the insurance company. For this reason, I will not return or recommend you; we seem to be forgetting that needing glasses isn't a luxury—so why deny the service?
Dr. Blake, as well as everyone at the facility, were very kind and caring. All my questions and concerns were addressed and I never felt rushed or dismissed. I was having my first cataract surgery and was naturally anxious about it. This team's attention melted all of that away. Definitely an outstanding office which I highly recommend!
I have been going to Dr Blake at the Nashua Coliseum Avenue office for many years and I highly recommend him. I have somewhat complicated eyes and he has always found good solutions for all of my issues. The staff at the Nashua office are also very helpful and good. I highly recommend all of them
I went to Nashua Eye Associates this week because my eye Dr of 40+ years was out. As this was an emergency I took the first available. Dr Frances was knowledgeable, kind and patient. She took time to answer all of my questions , calm my nerves, as well as reassure me that with the treatment she gave me my eyes would get better. I still have some follow up visits to get better, but I can say without a doubt I would highly recommend Dr. Francis.
