I felt she did an amazing job and was a pleasure to work with. She was very personable and made this a great experience. I have not got my glasses yet so I’ll leave review on them when I get them. I felt the staff were very helpful and were patient while I was trying to pick out what lens I needed. It’s a lot of information to process but she took the time to explain and was very patient. I found a pair I really liked and although it was not easy she made it happen. Thank you for your great service

Dr. Lewis is extremely thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. She truly listens to you and answers all of your questions with grace and patience. Jan was extremely helpful with placing the orders I needed, double checking with me to make sure everything was correct, and was a pleasure to talk to. Sweetest staff ever!! (And a great selection of frames-I was never happy with my glasses until I went here.)

I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a very pleasant woman and my appointment started right on time. I have been working with Dr. Tarr for a number of years now for my eye care and she is always pleasant, engaging, and efficient during the visit. She informs me about my test results and what that all means for my long term eye care.

I'm very grateful I went to this location. I felt like things were explained to me very well when it comes to my vision. She really could tell what was going on with my vision as well. I have astigmatism and I need progressives. My prescription isn't horrible, but it is a little bit more complex. My age and environmental exposures I've had in the arctic circle have aged my eyes a bit, too. I felt it was more thorough than any other exam I've ever had. Honestly, I like going to women because I feel that they do explain more in many cases.

I've been seeing Dr Tarr for years and have worked through several issues with her help. She explains all procedures and findings thoroughly and I never leave with unanswered questions. I highly recommend her!
