I went with my wife to her eye appointment at LensCrafters and we had a great experience. While I waited, I looked at their options and your boy liked what he saw. I tried some on for myself and my love found the pair she wanted within 10minutes. Her appointment didn’t take long either. We worked with Sophany and she was very knowledgeable in regard to our insurance questions. She was both funny and pleasant to work with! Her glasses were ready before the timeframe they told us soooo that was cluttchhhhhh! We then worked with Jessi when trying it on for the final pick up. They were very kind and friendly. We appreciated the great customer service. We will be going back 👓 💪🏾

Went into LensCrafters today for an adjustment on some non-prescription Ray Ban sunglasses I ordered online. I sat down with Jess–I believe she is the assistant manager. She was very kind and helpful as we figured out the adjustments I was looking for and executed perfectly! I’ve never gotten frames custom fitted before but it’s something I will continue to do! Will 1000% be coming back for the amazing customer service.

Had an appointment scheduled for an eye exam and the staff were amazing. Lanh welcomed me with a professional manner and took care of me with lots of care( making sure all equipments were sanitized before use). Amazing and professional. Associate Jessie helped me with an amazing customer service . Made sure every info was correct and made sure I knew everything I was getting. Overall one of the best experiences I had. The team were amazing.

After numerous eye care providers telling me they are booked out to November, LensCrafters saw me two days later. The appointment was on time, the exam was thorough. The prices are better than I expected with no hidden charges. They even accepted a competitor’s coupon. I highly recommend! I can’t wait for my new glasses to come in!

Jess was absolutely amazing. Great customer service very sweet and got me. New screws for my sunglasses within five minutes. Would highly recommend going to the store
